Get Help with family petitions

One of the most common ways for people to attain permanent resident status or commonly known as a “green card” is through a family member petition. U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents can help certain family members immigrate to the United States.

Our bilingual team of attorneys and Department of Justice accredited representatives are authorized to provide legal counsel on immigration matters.

The UFW Foundation provides monthly consultations where community members can receive more information from our expert immigration attorneys and DOJ-accredited representatives.
