Bakersfield – Farm worker Immigration Legal Consultations Workshop

Join us for Monthly workshops in Bakersfield offering guidance and support with Legal Consultations for Farm Workers. Our DALE team offers free immigration consultations to farm workers to screen for possible immigration relief and confirm eligibility.

During these consultations, we review individual circumstances, explain next steps, and, if eligible, may assist with preparing immigration applications. We can also help clients complete background checks before submitting applications to ensure readiness and accuracy.

Are Consultations Available In Person or Online? 

Yes, we offer consultations both in person and online.

Virtual services are available to farm workers throughout the Central Valley, including Kern, Tulare, Fresno, and Kings counties, as well as in the Upper Central Coast, San Joaquin Valley, Imperial Valley, Coachella Valley, Sonoma and Napa regions, and the Lower Central Coast.

Who is eligible for a Farm Worker Consultation?

General legal consultations for current and former farm workers, including those who have worked in canneries, wineries, or any other agricultural or food processing jobs.
