Your support allows the UFW Foundation to mobilize farm workers nationwide to advocate for more equitable policies.
Your donation makes possible:
- Immigration legal services to help prevent the heartbreaking separation of families.
- Community organizing resources such as know your rights trainings and education around heat exposure and pesticides.
- Grassroots organizing and leadership development focused extensively on engaging and developing leadership skills.
- Emergency financial relief to address the needs of farm workers and rural immigrants in our target areas.
- Systemic change program, which includes civic participation and advocacy at local and federal levels for laws and protections for farm workers.

Grants
Foundation and government partners make it possible for the UFW Foundation to pursue justice and dignity for farm workers and rural immigrants. Grants provide essential funding for our Immigration Legal Services, Organizing, Advocacy, and Communications departments, helping us advance the following initiatives:
Rapid Response
Support provides emergency response services, including immigration Legal Services, Know Your Rights workshops, Emergency Family Planning, and Critical Communications messaging for farm workers facing targeted ICE raids, detainment and deportation, loss of work, and related challenges.
Equitable Food Cycle
Funding enables us to support safe, fair, and healthy working conditions for farm workers so they can work and live with dignity.
Democracy And Justice Advocacy
Investments catalyze our work at the national and state level as we tell the stories of farm workers, engage them in advocacy, and change policies that will result in generational impacts.
Farm Worker Movement
Grants provide unrestricted funding that enables us to empower farm workers, partner with others, and advance the goals of the movement.
