General Immigration Legal Services
Immigration Legal Services
The UFW Foundation provides free or low cost immigration legal services to rural communities across California.
Our immigration attorneys and DOJ-accredited representatives provide reliable expertise to farm workers and immigrants in various languages including English, Spanish, Mandarin, and Mixteco. We are authorized by the U.S. Department of Justice to provide legal aid on immigration matters.
The UFW Foundation strongly encourages you to seek an immigration consultation to explore any possible immigration relief options that you may qualify for.
If eligible, you can complete your application with the UFW Foundation for free in California.
We have offices in Bakersfield, Fresno, Oxnard, and Salinas.
