New office in georgia
The UFW Foundation is proud to announce the opening of our new office location in Tifton, Georgia. Our small but mighty Georgia team is running a food pantry and clothing closet for community members.
Currently accepting donations
We are currently accepting items to keep our food pantry and community closet stocked. We are in most need of:
- Canned goods (beans, vegetables, tuna, fruit, condensed milk)
- Rice, dry black/pinto beans, Mexican noodles (La Moderna), corn masa (Maseca), chicken/tomato bouillon, vegetable or canola oil.
- Peanut butter, fruit spreads/jam, cereal, juices, nutrition bars.
- Toiletries and feminine hygiene products.
- Baby formula, diapers and baby wipes.
Take what you need philosophy
If you see something you need, take it, but please take only what you need. Please keep in mind our food pantry and closet are small and we are trying to help as many community members as we can. Keep in mind others in the community who also depend on this support. Only you determine what you need.
Pantry and Closet hours of operation
Tuesdays and Fridays, 10 am – 5 pm
Call us to schedule a visit outside of regular hours or schedule a home delivery. Delivery possibilities are determined by location and in emergencies.
