Linda Martinez, a central valley native, first-generation daughter of immigrants and mother of 4 children, joined the UFW Foundation in 2018. Linda’s love and passion for serving marginalized immigrant families has amounted in over 7 years of experience in education, outreach and grassroots organizing. Though her work she has been able to directly impact the lives of rural farm workers throughout the state of California and beyond, such as in Washington state and the US territories of Guam, Mariana Islands and American Samoa. With an inquisitive and collaborative spirit, she continues to seek new partners and programs to improve the lives of our farm worker community.
