The UFW foundation Immigration Services Program offers help with family petitions, consular processing, work authorization renewals, and advice in a variety of immigration matters. We have offices in the Southern San Joaquin Valley and California's Central Coast region to serve the public.

List of Immigration Services:

Family Petitions: Our program staff meets with clients to help them determine eligibility for immigration benefits, Our Immigration Program, assists clients in the preparation of the following USCIS forms:

  • I-130: For spouses, sons, daughters and siblings of U.S citizens and for spouses and minor children of Legal Permanent Residents.
  • I-360: For spouses, widows, and children of US Citizens and Legal Permanent Residents who qualify to self-petition.
  • I-751: For spouses of US Citizens or Legal Permanent Residents who wish to remove conditions on their visa after two years of residence in the U.S.

Citizenship: We offer help in preparing the Form N-400 as well as screening, consulting and interview preparation.

Work Authorization: We help clients prepare Form I-765 to apply for or renew Employment Authorization. We assist in the filing of Form I-90 to correct or renew a Permanent Resident Card (or Green Card).

Consular Processing: We help clients with applications to foreign consulates and the National Visa Center (NVC).

TPS: We assist clients applying for or renewing Temporary Protected Status (TPS).
