Immigration Services / Servicios de inmigración
The UFW Foundation has been recognized by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) to provide immigration legal assistance to the community.  The UFW Foundation Immigration Services Program offers help with family petitions, consular processing, work authorization renewals, and advice in a variety of immigration matters. We have offices in the Southern San Joaquin Valley and California's Central Coast region to serve the public.

List of Immigration Services:
 
Family Petitions: Our program staff meets with clients to help them determine eligibility for immigration benefits, Our Immigration Program, assists clients in the preparation of the following USCIS forms:
  • I-130: For spouses, sons, daughters and siblings of U.S citizens and for spouses and minor children of Legal Permanent Residents.
  • I-360: For spouses, widows, and children of US Citizens and Legal Permanent Residents who qualify to self-petition.
  • I-751: For spouses of US Citizens or Legal Permanent Residents who wish to remove conditions on their visa after two years of residence in the U.S.
Citizenship: We offer help in preparing the Form N-400 as well as screening, consulting and interview preparation.
 
Work Authorization: We help clients prepare Form I-765 to apply for or renew Employment Authorization. We assist in the filing of Form I-90 to correct or renew a Permanent Resident Card (or Green Card).
  
Consular Processing: We help clients with applications to foreign consulates and the National Visa Center (NVC).
 
TPS: We assist clients applying for or renewing Temporary Protected Status (TPS).
